I grew up in California and started playing the bass at age 14. I moved to Boston in 1988 to attend Berklee College of Music on a scholarship and graduated in 1991. I've had the good fortune to travel around the globe a bit and play with some great musicians along the way. Tiger Okoshi, Steve Hass, Anirban Das Gupta, Antonio Sanchez, Brian Blade, Greg Tardy, Matt Garrison, Bob Moses and Steve Hunt are some of the musicians I've enjoyed playing with.
